My name is Emma Parton, I'm from Oklahoma, I'm 19 years old, I'm half Native American and half white, and my biggest passion is fashion. Ever since I was a child I loved clothes and playing dress-up, and my favorite hobby to this day is going into my closet and putting together outfits. Without fashion I would not be the person I am today. With this brand I hope to not only create, but to represent the Native American community in the fashion industry and to connect people with cute and affordable clothes in a sustainable way.
A little background on how this website came to be is that I met Mya in my Composition II class my first semester of my freshman year at Oklahoma State University. Our first real interaction outside of class we instantly clicked and bonded over our love for fashion. Only a few weeks into our friendship, we were assigned a research paper on a topic we felt strongly about. Without even talking to each other about what topic we were gonna choose, we both ended up writing our paper about sustainability in the fashion industry. Sustainability in fashion is something that is very near and dear to both me and Mya's hearts, and so along with our strong sense of personal style, curated vibes, and passions we came up with our big idea for this brand. I'm overly ecstatic for the road ahead of us and I'm so glad that the person that is on this journey with me is Mya.
